In my prompt I have it written to run this function once I collect their name. Also provided the server url (I did not add it in this message). Also, the endcall is not functioning properly. The agent says goodbye and does not hang up, I can reply with hi and the conversation starts over. I have enabled the predefined end call tool. Any idea why this won't work for me? model is gpt 4.0 cluster
