Hi! thanks for trying out the workflows feature. 1. You're correct - only the vapi provider can use workflows. We are currently adding the ability to switch the internal LLM of the workflow. 2. Gather looks at the conversation history and tries to extract information, but it will ask clarifying questions if it cannot actually determine the info. What is the use case for not asking explicitly in #2?
