- endCall tool is not working. Is there something wrong with my code? I added in the prompt to end the call when either the agent or the caller say's goodbye. Also, added in the prompt to run the endCall function or the end_call_tool function after saying goodbye, - Tool is enabled in predefined section. - Tool is also enabled in Tools section.
