I have been experiencing inconsistencies with the 11labs voices that I use. I have played around with the settings to no avail. The voice I use is stable on retell and 11labs on testing it. What could be the issue?

- The call ID
- When exactly this happened (the timestamp)
- What response you expected to get
- What response you actually got instead
This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

Hello. I was testing the voice, but its something that happens most times, very inconsistent especially with this voice id which we use from 11labs -> luVEyhT3CocLZaLBps8v.
Some times the volume goes super low, then it pitches unpredictably especially when the call starts on the first message.

Let me know whether this is fixable. I have other devs waiting on me to determine whether we switch to retell completely just cause of this which doesn't make sense but the customers think the voice is the most realistic.

No. Also there are so many inconsistencies with the dashboard. I have tried saving the agent configuration to no avail

Hey Mega_wst, you need to change your org channel from daily to weekly and then recreate your assistant, after that your saving issue will be resolved. Regarding the voice issue, kindly share the call ID along with the timestamp so I could take a look.
