I am testing out squads, when the call is transferred the receiving voice agent has a very slowed down voice making it unusable. 511a1f4c-db60-4776-90d5-71a583243203

Nope, not yet, it is starting to recognise the voice velocity settings though
Also, is there a way to change the "transferring the call now" message?
Hey @Shubham Bajaj , the issue hasn't been resolved yet. I have just tested it again. Do you need me to send you some more info or logs. Let me know if there is something I can do on my end

Hey Ravi, apologies for the delay. I was out of office for a few days. Can you try another call with using 11Labs voice only? Most likely the issue is with the Azure voice provider, and I'll try to get in contact with them. To unblock you, I'll suggest try 2-3 test calls with 11Labs for all of your squad members.
