sometimes my model (4o latest) doesn't trigger endCall function, even though i added in many places inside the prompt including the last line: "use the endCall function to end the call". sometimes it keeps the phone conversation on silent and hang up once it reach the silent timeout. what can i do to improve my prompt so the bot endCall every time it should?
