Wanted to share a win! Been using Vapi internally and with pre-existing clients (and a few non) for about a year now. Originally came from Air, and the whole dupe they pulled really bummed me out and I almost lost interest in voice AI entirely. We switched to Vapi for our existing clients but stopped advertising, stopped offering it to new clients, etc. Well, recently a contact reached out. He's an IT provider and had tried to get us involved with one of his clients a year ago, but they weren't interested at the time. Now they are. We've spent the last two months working with them, and this week we're running initial launches of an outbound agent (and yes, all compliant). 600 calls/day, and I'm rebilling minutes. Looking at an estimated profit of 6 figures for the first year, and they already have plans to launch another 600 call/day campaign as well as inbound assistants. If there's anybody like me who had a bad experience, don't lost hope. Your golden goose is out there. You've got this!
