how can i improve the tts because the rubber mat in the conversation is very clear. Also, the both hallucinated a bit in the middle. Could you share the other call IDs for which it is happening in the following format? - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

I'm taking a look at your ticket for your information, which is why I asked you if it was resolved or not, and then eventually asked for a new call ID assuming the previous issue was resolved.
Hey Raju, Because user spoken M I TT S, that's why even modal output it as M I T T S. What you can do is you can add aliasing in your system prompt. If anything comes similar to "matts" which has been replaced with 'I' or any other vowel, then the modal should always generate the output as "matts" instead of M I T T S. This way you will never run into this issue again.
For the hallucinations part you have to share the information in the above shared format.
