@Mason @Shubham Bajaj Occasionally during calls, an assistant in my squad will randomly say “transferring the call now” and attempt to forward the call. We don’t have any forwarding numbers configured, so the call just ends abruptly. Call IDs where this has happened: 50621ff9-23bb-44b6-b203-2636ef7e846c c635d97f-5da5-415d-b353-c938f1d3b7fd Any ideas why this is happening and how to prevent it? Callers are not happy when this happens. Thanks
