Recently I noticed assistants are not doing Knowledge looks ups when they should. If a questions is asked where the answer is in the knowledge it doesn't look and makes up an answer. The same assistant, same configuration was working perfectly a few days ago. Has there been an update that is affecting knowledge look ups? I am using files.
