Yes, I did play a lot with it, including the transcriber. I also tried creating new assistant which sometimes fix the issue, but after some time of testing it, it eventually goes back to not saying the products/services when asked “What are the services you offer” -its weird because the agent is saying the prices but not the product/service name.
