Hello all, I'm quite experienced with vapi but only recently joined this server, nice to meet you. I wanted to ask whether any of you had troubles with the tool not being triggered, despite assigning it correctly to the agent and verifying that the prompt mentions the tool name case-sensitive. Error message inside chat debugging shows message shown in the screenshot. I've tried re-creating the function, using different agents with it but the issue persists.
