The multilingual option from deepgram gets it to detect all ten languages (that answers your question: it's all ten or nothing). VAPI supports deepgram multi, so yes it "supports" all ten languages ; it's your responsibility to then choose the right LLM and voice to connect it to (e.g. 4o and 11labs voices).
