04/08/2025, 4:20 PMYou cannot transfer to an assistant in a phone call, which includes single assistant. The transfer to assistants only works within the squad.
As you are mentioning that it's being voiced out to the user when you're trying to transfer to an assistant, you have to do a small rework on your phone where you have to differentiate between the say part and action part so that the LLM doesn't consider your prompting instruction or something to be spoken out.

04/10/2025, 3:04 PMI checked the logs and it seems in squads the correct assistant cannot be found even though I have connected with destinations settings no assistant is found
