@Shubham Bajaj I was about to switch back from Vapi to retell definitely since you guys have the most features but after moving my current Retell agent and noticing the horrible performance (same voice, same parameters, same prompt, same everything), I think that I won’t be doing it. Very disappointed and very unreliable at scale.
