Any tips on tools and calling functions based on specific triggers in your system prompt? When my prompt is super simple, it knows to call my function (web hook to send a SMS). But when I have a full prompt based on Vapi’s best practices, it is very inconsistent - sometimes it does it, sometimes it doesn’t.
