Just uploaded a large file to the knowledgebase, tested it, and the assistant said the following outloud: Voice input: toolcode. print(defaultapi.defaultQueryTool(knowledgeBaseNames = ["default"])).

defaultapi.defaultQueryTool
is likely a default tool that allows the assistant to query your knowledge base, but it shouldn't be verbally announcing this. There are some known issues with large file uploads to the knowledge base - there's a 100MB file size limit and large files can sometimes affect performance. Additionally, Vapi has recently migrated its knowledge base system to Trieve, which has caused some temporary issues for users.
