Here’s a quick breakdown of our journey so far: We’ve had around 15 meetings with potential clients and managed to close one from our very first meeting. But after that, things slowed down — we got caught up in service delivery and didn’t book new appointments for almost two months. We’ve now ramped things back up — we’re doing daily outreach through Instagram DMs and sending 500+ cold emails every day. We’re getting a few interested replies, but most prospects end up ghosting us. Our reply rate is below 1%, and we haven’t closed another client in over 3 months. At this point, we’re unsure what we need to improve — is it the offer, the pitch, our follow-up strategy, or something else entirely? If anyone has experience in client acquisition, sales, or scaling a service-based business and is open to mentoring or even just sharing a few pointers, it would mean a lot to us.
