I keep changing settings in the dashboard such as the speed of my VAPI assistant, and they keep resetting randomly on their own. It's gotten so bad that I have to check multiple times per day just to keep the settings correct and it is completely unreliable. What is going on with the platform that it can't even save and maintain settings correctly? some examples include Additional Configurations in voice settings, like Speed, Stability, Backchannelling, etc., start speaking plan, stop speaking plan, and even prompt updates. I have to assume that nothing is secure.
