Hello I want to use the Cartesia "child" voice for one of my assistants in a squad. I can see the voice exists in the Cartesia library on Vapi. If I copy the ID and paste it in the voice settings of my squad assistant, it says the voice is not found. Why is that? Hey Ouranos, Really sorry for your bad experience. Could you share the both of the voice ids so I could take a look? Sharing the voice ideas helps understand why Cartesia and PlayHD voices didn't work for you. Most likely without looking at the internal core database, my interpretation is these voices are owned by some organizations in VAPI so they are publicly visible on the voice library but aren't useful. So I have to check their org, and then I will let you know if you can use these voices or not. Really thank you for your feedback.

@Shubham Bajaj here is the Cartesia ID : 2ee87190-8f84-4925-97da-e52547f9462c And here is the PlayHT ID : s3://voice-cloning-zero-shot/e46b4027-b38d-4d24-b292-38fbca2be0ef/original/manifest.json There also seems to be an issue in the voice community, where if I go to Cartesia voices, and type "Child" in the search bar, I end up with the same array of voices just replicated, like batches of 10 of them over and over. I have to refresh the page to get the original voices back

@Shubham Bajaj yeah the API approach doesn't really fix it, because if I copy/paste the voice ID from the community voice page, and then patch it in to my squad via API, it still isn't recognized. I put in the feature request. Thanks

Hey, even after putting it through API, it's not recognizing the voice. Could you share the call ID related to it?

@Shubham Bajaj I just looked at the UI again, and both voices that were not there last week are not in the UI and working, so it looks like the problem was solved
