Call timeout settings

Hello, everyone. This is my first post on this server. I love the platform, by the way; whoever developed it really nailed it. I have one quick question: I set the call timeout to disconnect the call if the user is silent to 10 seconds, yet it waits for 30 seconds before hanging up the phone. Is there a way to solve it? I tried telling the model in the system prompt to explicitly disconnect the call if there is no response for 10 seconds, but it didn't work.
I just noticed it has something to do with expected voicemail duration setting. But how do i fix it as the toggle is only available for google and openai being voicemail provider but not for twilio.

thanks for the kind feedback! if you could please provide us some info about the call so we can investigate, we will get back to you with some more detailed information about what occurred. for investigation, we will need the call ID of one of the times it hung up at the incorrect time. a timestamp would also be helpful. thank you again
