Hey guys!! I'm trying to launch calls, but it shows the error "Over Concurrency Limit," but no calls are actually running. It won't even let me test my assistants because of the same error.
If anyone can help me, I'd really appreciate it!

The “Over Concurrency Limit” error occurs when your account hits its max concurrent calls (default is 10), even if no calls seem active, check for stuck sessions via the dashboard or API, batch outbound calls, or upgrade your concurrency limit in the billing section.

Having the same issue!! Can't even talk to the assistants within the account! Seems like it's not recognizing there are litterally 'ZERO' calls happening or stuck at the moment!! @User HELP!!!
Thank you @Kings_big💫 ! This had already happened to us with another organization 5 days ago. They helped us by writing to the email. They told us that if it happened again, we should contact them again so they could help us again. However, this time we haven't received any response by email
