Until Friday of last week, I was able to make 10 outbound calls concurrently. Now, if I call 10, only 2 go through and the rest get an Unknown status. I even purchased an additional “Reserved Concurrency (Call Lines)”. I tried it with 2 different Twilio numbers and the issue still persists.

To help track down this issue, could you share one or two: - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

Call ID: d9d5ecbc-b2ac-4227-b365-2c4d9eba68fd Timestamp: Apr 15, 2025, 11:47 Expected the call to connect. Instead got: Unknown as the Ended Reason This is just one example and there is a list of 30+ numbers that failed to connect today and yesterday every time I tried to call more than 2 numbers concurrently.

There was some API degradation at 15th April can you try again?

It’s still the same thing. If I call 4, only 2 connect and the rest get Unknown like in the image. Ended reason Unknown is mostly state where we haven't determined the outcome of call whether it was success or failure.
