When is the next one? BTW - When the Product Hunt launch happened, I praised Vapi for having "office-hours" for its users. Numbers show that companies that hold daily/regular webinars/office hours/etc, grow X faster. You guys used to do that, then it all became unpredictable. Two researchers, usually based on a Due Diligence, prior to investment, that invested in Bolt reached out to me personally to ask about their community and support before they get their first round, and we all know what that number is now. Do not dismiss the importance of community. From what I used to see in office hours: There was always great feedback for Vapi and the community, many led to upgrades and enhancements, they were interactive, they were productive, they surfaced lost of things that Vapi were unaware of, they helped the Vapi grow and offer better services. What's the downside here? :)'

@Elastic, I will be giving you some numbers that will help you understand why things have been rough. We are receiving 200+ tickets every single day, and we only have two people to handle them. So, providing personal support to each and every individual is pretty tough, apart from handling all the tickets and giving responses within 24 hours (which we internally try to do). Why haven’t you hired anyone? We tried hiring multiple folks to reduce the workload, but considering we are a startup, we had to work 60-70 hours a week, and we need to ramp up very fast, which most people are not able to do. Finding someone with the right technical skills is also very difficult. We have personally tried so many things to reduce the workload by a little bit, and most of them aren’t a fit. For instance, we introduced a lot of automations, but most of the time people require a dedicated person solving the issue rather than AI solving it. I am not nagging about all the issues but just wanted to keep you aware of it. We are trying our best to manage all the customers, and I know it kind of sucks. I also remember the time when I was able to provide dedicated support to each and every individual, which I cannot do right now.

@Sahil Thank you for all that you're doing. Yes, I can only imagine how crazy things can get. I lave this community and I love that you can take the time to respond, when you get the chance. I do keep in mind that not every question or concerns can be addressed immediately, and I do appreciate the effort of trying to keep on top of this. Scaling sucks, and I really hope y'all can find some additional resources, which is also tough. Replying, even when you don't have specific answers is a good thing, and I thank you for being open and transparent. We got your back, so keep doing the best that you can, keep the connection with the community and keep it real, just like your response above. Even with frustrations, for the most part, we do understand. I do suggest though, keep people informed on office hours and timezones. Thank you!
