having an issue with the transfer call function, it does the actual transfer fine, but i have it reference a section in my prompt to actual do the transfer section, its weird cause the agent says transferring call but then silence, the when i say something else, it actually executes the transfer call, why would the agent again be pausing waiting for the caller?
