So it's not about contacting the supervisor again — it's about falling back to book an appointment directly with the lead if the transfer doesn’t go through in time.
The appointment time should be based on the lead’s reply — ideally same-day or next-day, whatever they choose. The key is: no dead air or hangup if the transfer fails. The AI should always recover and push for the appointment.
