I used KBs previously with VAPI and then found that you had switched to Trieve and now to Google. Can you let me know what is the up to date suggested way to add KBs and documents?
I see that there is a varierty of different ways to add KBs and documents.
1. The assitant has UI has the old functionality that you can add documents and KBs
2. There is also a way to to add a query tool which has UUIDs of Documents.
Which is the correct way now to Documents and KBs?
In my case I am creating assistants dynamically using the APIs and associating them with phone numbers for each office location. Each location has to have their own documents and KBs.
Is there any way to manage so that we dont have thousands of Assistants and KBs? and be done dynamically?

Create query tools linked to your files, and attach them to a central assistant using dynamic variables to avoid creating thousands of separate assistants.

I have lots of locations, each location has their incoming number, knowledgebase and their own files.

I think there is no other option than to create numbers, kbs with their own files. Potentially I can have one assistant and override with variables.?
