Custom 11labs voice id doesnt seem to be working on call. I hear nothing but the background noise.

Ensure you have a paid 11Labs plan, sync the voice correctly in the Voice Library, check for pipeline errors in call logs, and test the voice directly on 11Labs to rule out audio issues..

It works through the VAPI sdk but not through the api

Make sure you’re using the correct voice id, have synced the voice in the Vapi dashboard, and that your ElevenLabs API key is properly set under provider keys.
