To help track down this issue, could you share one or two: - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

what exactly happened is we expected assistant to talk back ,instead it goes silence and eventually hits the timeout for silence and the call is ended ,we expected it to talk back to us ,like we expected a tool response but it never says the response even though it has been doing that ,the response we expected is that it would just speak back to us before hitting time silence out ,i shared the call id

I have the same problem, when I make a request to make.com and it returns the correct result, it never comes to me by voice, the wizard is silent, instead doing the test by chat or testing the tool, if I return result, but the wizard by voice does not.

we deployed a fix for it today at 10am PST. please test this again and let us know if it works
