Hi, I am having issues with my number of credits. I first had the $10 free wallet, but it is now at $-0.04. Can I still use the 1000 free minutes? Currently, i cannot Talk to the Assistent.

The 1k free minutes only has rolled out a number of customers not all of them so you'll have to just add money
