Receiving concurrent error

Hi guys, I setup my bot and created an assistant which is working perfectly, so I created another assistant for another bot but the assistant is not making calls saying error concurrent if I place my outbound call. Please what does that mean and how am I going to resolve that. Thanks Savick

Thanks for this but i also need help setting this up : I need help setting up a fallback for calls when no agent is available. After the phone rings for a few moments without an answer, I want the system to inform the customer that no agents are currently available and then prompt them to book an appointment instead.
