Somewhat random question: Has anyone used AWS Connect and Vapi together? I have a requirement from a client to get Vapi to send AWS Connect the transcripts of a call... a pointer to some docs or any suggestions are much appreciated!

You can integrate Vapi with AWS Connect by using Vapi Server URL to receive call transcripts, storing them in S3 with service like Pipedream or Make.com, and then using Connect APIs to attach or process those transcripts within AWS Connect..
