Not getting audio from client

The caller is talking but no audio is detected in Vapi (the caller told me personally they were talking into their phone & no response from agent). Call ID: bd4a379e-cbc9-4889-ac46-a2000967169c Timestamp: at 0:07 after the agent initial message, there is no audio from the caller (even though the call itself lasts ~50 seconds) Expected behaviour: The audio from the caller should be transcribed, but nothing is showing up Same behaviour in this call under the same agent: - call ID: 34922ee9-3988-43f8-8675-23608dc7d7f0 This has happened multiple times before

Mostly like telephony side issue, can you do few test for me? Buy a new number from twilio and try it out with that
