Vapi is repeatedly asking for id verification, i have verified the id couple of weeks earlier, then it is asking repeatedly. Not seeing any change. And currently can not be logged in

I have tried clearing cache, now i can not log in, showing auth operation request denied. May be because of i exit the verification window. What to do now?
