have you looked at the competing platforms to Make that are HIPAA compliant already (e.g. https://www.keragon.com/hipaa-make-alternative) or can be self-hosted with HIPAA-compliant configuration(e.g. n8n)?

Using Make with HIPAA enabled Vapi isn’t compliant, as Make doesn’t sign BAAs use a HIPAA-compliant alternative like Keragon or Zapier for handling PHI safely.
