Hello Vapi Team, I have a question about using the knowledge base for my vapi assistant. I want to use the files instead of Trieve, is there a way for me to just use the files instead because trieve just doesn’t work as seamlessly as the files do when the agent goes to get the information I’ve provided.

I have documents uploaded in the files but when I test the assistant and ask it questions it doesn't use the files/documents uploaded. I even went ahead and prompted it to do so but it still didn't work. I can provide screen shots to show how the set up looks if that helps.
