I have filled out the form on the billing page, emailed support and posted here. I got a response from: Sahil at Vapi saying: "You have to switch to Pay As You Go from your dashboard, then it will reflect. and then in a later email, they said: "Just add more credits." I have plenty of credits and my account still reads Vapi Free and my account has stopped. Please email me: chgetmymailhere@gmail.com or correct it in the system.
