Hey, I'd like to configure my success evaluation to be scored on a matrix and for it to return both the overall score and the breakdown of said score based on the matrix evaluation, but all it's giving me back is a True/False under Success Evaluation when I test this. Hey! If you want your success evaluation to return a full score + breakdown based on a matrix, here’s how to set that up directly in the Vapi dashboard: 1. Go to the Vapi Dashboard 2. Click on Assistants 3. Select the assistant you're working with 4. Navigate to the Analysis tab 5. Scroll down to Success Evaluation 6. Underneath that, click “Success Evaluation Rubric” From there, you can configure a custom scoring matrix — Vapi will then return both the overall score and the category-by-category breakdown (like friendliness, clarity, etc.) instead of just true or false. You most likely have it set to PassFail. Which would be outputting true or false.
