I have some assistants that seem to have a background "office" type sound. I've seen this in some other voice AI providers, but not on Vapi. Is there any reason I would be hearing these?

Yep! If you go to the Assistants tab, then click into your assistant and go to the Voice section, scroll down to Additional Configuration — you’ll see a setting called Background Sound. That’s likely what you’re hearing. You can disable it there if you’d prefer a clean voice with no ambient noise. Let me know if you need help adjusting it!
