Good morning sirs. Im kinda new to vapi and im making ai assistant. But i have a problem that's driving me insane. I have 2 files ( Databases ) that i put into vapi (chose them in files to the right of prompt ) . And in prompt im telling ai to always look into this files when answering the questions. But for the love of god , i have a feeling that ai does coinflip every time he answers and takes into from files like 60% of time and other 40 is just from air. Is there a way to make this creature to always answer with factual into from files ?

i uploaded files and choose them here , and i have lines in prompt like : Before answering any customer question related to product sizes, fit, materials, returns, warranties, usage, or support policies, always check the Knowledge Base and Product Database.
