Good day I encountered a problem that when the call limit of 10 minutes is exceeded, the call is terminated. Although in the settings of my assistant, Maximum Duration = 1800 sec is set. Here is the ID of such a call c7bf93b0-8c5c-45c3-8d2b-d2e949f683a8 The most interesting thing is that after the call was terminated, at first there was an unknown error, and then the status was updated after 20 minutes. I also looked at the parameters of Twilio and there are no restrictions there either. @User

It looks like the call termination at 10 minutes is due to a mismatch in the max duration settings. Although you set your assistant's max duration to 1800 seconds, the calls are still using the default value of 600 seconds. You can try to put in the prompt to not ever end the call unless the time surpasses 1800 seconds. You can also go into the settings again and switch it to a higher number. Be sure to publish it after.

I am facing an issue with SIP trunking, my calls are getting cut at 600 seconds max. I'm using vapi+Plivo+Cloudonix. In vapi I've set maxduration to 43200 seconds. Any clue anyone if this is a known issue?
@Mason Doberstein I tried putting in the prompt as well, but still no change. Any idea if this is an existing issue or it got fixed?
