Hey everyone, I’m new to Vapi and looking to set up a full call center solution for my company at an enterprise level. I’m trying to figure out if this is something Vapi can help configure directly, or if I’d need to bring in an engineer to build it out. Basically want to know what’s possible out of the box vs what requires custom dev work. Would love any guidance or examples from others who’ve set up something similar—thanks in advance!
