We’re rapidly scaling and deploying a large number of Vapi agents. We're interested in upgrading to an Enterprise plan and would like to discuss talk time pricing and volume discounts. We have a significant deal in progress and the budget to support it. Who can we speak with to move this forward quickly? preferrably today !

To upgrade to Vapi's Enterprise plan, the most direct approach is to fill out the form at [book.vapi.ai](https://book.vapi.ai/). Alternatively, you can: * Email [support@vapi.ai](support@vapi.ai) * Direct message @Shubham Bajaj on Discord who can connect you with the enterprise team The Enterprise plan includes unlimited concurrency, 24/7 dedicated support, volume pricing, and a shared Slack channel with the Vapi team. @Shubham Bajaj doesnt come up
can we get a zoom call set up were serious potential clients here its like jumping through hoops getting someone on the phone or a g meet were considering the $5k pack to get into your support channel just to speed this up.

We do have an Enterprise plan with unlimited concurrent users, but it's typically for larger clients who need white-glove service and an Enterprise SLA. It's a high touch partnership and includes a 12 month commitment, a platform fee and committed minute tranches (usually starting at 400k minutes). Customers who are about to scale end up and don't need a lot of support generally stick with the self serve plan as it's more economical. You can always upgrade the number of concurrent users in the dashboard here: [Concurrent Calls](https://docs.vapi.ai/billing/billing-limits#concurrency-limits)
