’m currently using your platform for outbound campaigns, and I’d like to request that the following advanced features be enabled on my assistant: ✅ Call Outcome Detection ✅ Voicemail Detection and Skip ✅ Busy Tone / Fax Tone Skip ✅ Auto Hang-up on Voicemail ✅ Caller ID Passthrough (Customer number should display to agent upon call transfer) These features are important to reduce costs and improve transfer quality. can anyone help me

You can handle everything for call outcome detection in the UI. In the assistant tab go to the summary and you can choose to summarize the call. Same with voicemail. In the assistant tab go voicemail detection block and you can use Vapi as the provider. You can mess around with all the different settings there. You can prompt the assistant to end the call if XYZ. Make sure to also enable the end call function. Caller ID Passthrough (Customer number should display to agent upon call transfer) For this you can use the transfer call tool. It's built right into Vapi's tools.

Hey as of know the voicemail detection feature has some issues, can you twilio for sometime. As your saving you can change voicemail settings for the assistant, could you share the assistantId so I can get it fixed.
