Missing .pcap file and unexpected call disconnecti...

Hi, We noticed that the following call was unexpectedly disconnected while the person on the other end was still speaking: Call ID: b6e09159-e088-4d5d-9eb8-dde3a636735c We are trying to understand whether this issue was caused by our SIP trunk provider or something on Vapi’s side. However, we also noticed that the option to download the .pcap file for this call is not available in the dashboard. For some calls we see the .pcap file available, but for others (like this one), it doesn’t appear. Could you please clarify what conditions determine whether the .pcap file is available for download? And if possible, can you help us retrieve the .pcap for this specific call? To retrieve the missing .pcap file for your call, please contact Vapi support at support@vapi.ai with your call ID (aae0d159-9b33-123e-8b8e-02c92d210b9b). PCAP files are only available for calls using the
vapi
or
byo-phone-number
providers, and several factors can affect availability including: - Whether the call actually connected (no PCAP if the call never connected) - If your phone number was deleted from Vapi - SIP dashboard availability at the time For unexpected disconnections, checking your SIP trunk provider logs may help determine if the issue originated there. You can also check the "ended reason" of the call. That may help us understand a little more.

I just realized I shared the wrong call ID earlier. Here’s the correct one: b6e09159-e088-4d5d-9eb8-dde3a636735c. Regarding your previous question, the "endedReason" was "silence-timed-out", but the call was not actually silent — you can clearly hear activity in the saved audio. Could you please check and help me understand why this might have happened? Also, I noticed the .pcap file is no longer available in the dashboard. Could you let me know why that is?

To us its because of
drift
coming from telephony, can you confirm once with them before we make any conclusions. I want to know their side of statements as well. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1365059685232939049/1366147590118179006/image.png?ex=680fe397&is=680e9217&hm=e742ca4bd5e25a28e513a047806aba4004c588283eefe54df05fd8296891a2ca&
