Hello, could I ask how the moderation of topics/language occurs...is it done by Elevenlabs or by VAPI? We have a moderation of sensitive topics exemption from ElevenLabs as part of our partnership with them. We work with sensitive mental health topics and wanted to understand how not to run into issues around these topics within VAPi if our assistant or user raises these topics in the conversation. Call ID: 29040966-4c7a-4990-aea4-8c17be361599 Thank you

Based on the information available, VAPI's handling of sensitive topics is primarily determined by your choice of AI model and prompting rather than a specific VAPI setting. While VAPI uses ElevenLabs as a voice provider, it's not explicitly stated whether ElevenLabs' moderation exemptions automatically apply to VAPI. For handling sensitive mental health topics, I recommend: - Enabling HIPAA compliance if needed (
hipaaEnabled
configuration) - Contacting VAPI support directly for specific guidance on your ElevenLabs exemption For definitive information on how your ElevenLabs exemption applies within VAPI, please contact VAPI support. Hey Topsy Mustang, we don't have any voice call content moderation policy as of now. For now, it's been moderated by the service providers such as ElevenLabs and the LLMs. In case you run into these issues, you have to check with them. Yes, you will get to know who has raised it from us.

Ok great 🙏 If you do roll out content moderation in the future could you ensure that we/companies have a chance to apply for exemptions so not to have our service interrupted. Especially if we have enterprise packages with ElevenLabs and thus moderation exemptions already.

Sure I will let you know.
