Media Server IP list

Hello, Could you please provide us with the complete list of media servers you are using? We are trying to minimize traffic on our systems, but with each call, we keep encountering new media server IPs, and those calls have no audio. Thank you!

According to the information I found, Vapi uses dynamic IPs, which explains why you're encountering new media server IPs with each call. Rather than whitelisting specific IPs, Vapi recommends whitelisting the domains
vapi.ai
and
*.vapi.ai
to ensure proper connectivity [(Discord message)](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1333797946440941639). For the audio issues, could you share what specific error messages you're seeing in your logs when these calls with no audio occur? This would help identify whether it's related to firewall settings, codec compatibility, or another network configuration issue. Now we only have dynamic APIs. Starting from next month, we might have static APIs. I suggest you whitelist our domain for some time. Once we have the static APIs for our servers, we will let you know.
Btw, I wanted to understand your use case behind getting our IPs. Do you want to whitelist them or is there another purpose?

@Shubham Bajaj We have some PBX server that have restricted access to internet and we need to whitelist these IPs in order to have voice. We can't whitelist your domain, because resctiction are made on routers by IPs. Please let me know when you have news about static IP for media servers. Thank you!
