Hello friends, I have a problem, and I was wondering if anyone else has encountered it and how you solved it. My issue is that the agent doesn't detect silences, no matter the instructions I provide. Is there a specific instruction that needs to be given so it can successfully detect the client's silences and then execute certain actions?
