I would like to add, here at Nebula Labs we have a hybrid approach to the orchestration layer of the agents. Basic Voice agents are built and powered by Vapi. Complex Voice agents are powered on our own proprietary orchestration layer which is built on Pipecat. Video and Text agents are also powered on our own proprietary orchestration layer.
