Hey Guys, the call transfer tool is working weirdly, I have specified alll the destinations and all the necessary information. Required to transfer the call to the given number. I have set 2 phone numbers and given Message to customer, and Description to both of them on when and which phone number to transfer. But the issue is It always transfer the call to the number on top and never transfer the call on the basis of conditions/prompts provided. Also it doesn't the Message to Customer and just transfers the call. Any solution?

Try removing the phone-call-control server event from your assistant. According to Vapi support, this event can cause issues with call transfers because it "allows you to handle call transfers instead of Vapi." When this server event is enabled, it can prevent the Message to Customer from playing and may ignore your conditional logic for selecting between destinations. Do you mean the Dial keypad function? I can't see that what you mentioned above in my Vapi Dashboards

To help track down this issue, could you share one or two: - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!
